Arsenal have reportedly shown a keen interest in landing Ryan Fraser in the upcoming Summer Transfer window. The Bournemouth winger has been in terrific form for The Cherries. Also, the confirmed departure of Aaron Ramsey may have also gone on to influence this signing. The Scottish international is certainly built in the same mould as that of the long serving Welshman.

Ryan Fraser has had a terrific campaign so far, having scored 6 and assisted 10 goals in the Premier League this season. He along with Callum Wilson have been key to their top10 chances this season. In terms of assists, Fraser is second in the league only behind Eden Hazard.

The Cherries playmaker has usually started in the left flank for Bournemouth but he can play from the opposite flank as well as from the centre which makes him very versatile and even more valuable to his present team. Not just assists, Fraser leads the League in terms of Big Chances Created as he has 21 to his name with Salah at 13 a distant second.

Moreover, if Ryan Fraser could get such terrific stats at a struggling Bournemouth side, imagine the wonders he could achieve at a top side like Arsenal. With rumors of Arsenal looking to offload underperforming Mkhitaryan, this signing looks more likely.

Having excelled in the Premier League itself, Fraser won’t even need that adjustment time. The 25-year-old has still many years ahead of him and already having impressed at the top level puts him destined for a great career ahead and its a question of where now.

Every player is as ambitious as they come nowadays hence a move up the ladder is bound to prove enticing with the right motivation in every other aspect fuelling that decision ahead. Ryan Fraser has industrial angle to him that very few players have, he has a rare grit in him to compel thing his way during a match. To play in the team like Bournemouth and average a goal or an assist in every other game is quite impressive and Arsenal would do well to respect that.

With the likes of deadly strikers like Aubameyang and Lacazette upfront, a provider like Ryan Fraser can be an absolute gift for the Gunners. He can also be a long term replacement of Mesut Ozil at Arsenal with the kind of creativity he is showing this season.

Add to that his searing pace and Arsenal have one fine weapon which coupled with the likes of Aubameyang and Lacazette around him can prove to be absolutely lethal and wreak havoc on any defence in the league.

Unai Emery has given plenty of chances and minutes to younger players this season and Ryan Fraser can be just one more of those young gems in his squad. Arsenal are in the Champions League places and likely to finish in top four so they will need the depth in their squad to challenge for top European honours, hence the bludgeoning need for signings in Summer.

A place in the champions league should grant them enough funds to push through a move for Fraser along with their midfielder and left back recruitments.

Arsenal next face Everton in the Premier League before their Champions League clash against Napoli. While Ryan Fraser led Bournemouth will face Burnley in The Premier League and will be looking for all three points and a serious challenge for a top ten finish in the league.
