Arsenal have yet again impressed the fans with their current form this season. Their recent battle against Vorskla Portava in the Europa League was a comfortable win, ending 4-2 at the Emirates. Now 9th placed Arsenal are facing 12th placed Everton in English Premier League on Sunday at home.

North London giants have a good record against Merseyside club, winning 65 out of 97 games being played between, while 16 of them resulted in draw.

Predicted Lineup for Arsenal

Goalkeeper: Petr Cech

The veteran goalkeeper has yet to do a consistent job, as Arsenal haven’t kept a single clean sheet this season, it is up to him to keep Arsenal’s Champions League hopes alive. With his experience in top clubs, he can assure us of a storm coming in that can wreak havoc under Unai Emery’s leadership and Raul Sanllehi’s decision-making.

Defenders: Hector Bellerin, Shkodran Mustafi, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Nacho Monreal

Bellerin with his pace can change the outlook of the game, especially those momentary sparks that he creates on the right flank are mostly on their way to ignite themselves into the form of a goal. He is very competent enough to make it to Spain’s national squad but due to likes of Dani Carvajal and Cesar Azpilicueta  he never gets a chance to perform for them.

Mustafi was rested well-knowingly for the Europa League game against Vorskla this week. He has shown remarkable prowess and he can showcase his ability of winning aerial duels with his heading accuracy.

The Greek defender Sokratis has the potential to become a legend at his position for the club. Being a new recruit, he still has to improve on his game under Unai.

Ever since coming back from injury, Monreal has been constantly trying to better his game. He has also scored against West Ham which was important to bolster the confidence in the team.

Midfielders: Matteo Guendouzi, Granit Xhaka, Mesut Ozil

The teenage sensation Guendouzi has shown capacity that exceeds his expectations. Being such an impact to the team and that too, at a tender age, he can build his career around this heavily relied team.

Swiss captain Xhaka has come off with a brilliant goal from a free-kick in last game and he is expected to impress his stats during his stay at the club.

Mesut Ozil had scored a goal against the Magpies last outing and will be facing old stalwart teammate Theo Walcott against the Toffees.

Forwards: Alexandre Lacazette, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alex Iwobi

Lacazette has displayed valour and been very good up at front for Arsenal this season. His precise finishing against Cardiff City during the dying minutes of the game ensured us a away victory.

Aubameyang has the potential to change games and especially, after scoring 2 goals against Vorskla, he is coming with his head held high.

Iwobi will surely get his opportunity in this game as he was the sole creator of chances during the Europa League match against Vorskla. Also, as he has extended his stay at North London, he will be an impact player over the years to come for Gunners.
