The Brilliant Champions League Travel Guide for the Round of 16

UEFA Champions League Travel Guide
Manchester United qualified for the Champions League by winning the 2016/17 Europa League, a route that Arsenal could take this season, with the Gunners the second favourites to win the competition, behind Atletico Madrid.

Arsenal’s league form this season has been poor, with the north London club sitting in sixth place and unlike the five clubs above them, they will have to play the Europa League matches, which have often hampered the league form of English clubs. The five clubs above them will have their own European fixtures, as all five managed to qualify from their groups.

Tottenham will be looking to improve their chances of bringing Champions League football to their new stadium, although they have the best Premier League odds of finishing in the top four ahead of Arsenal.
Current Champions League favourites Manchester City will be required to travel to Basel in their first knock out round fixture, while city rivals Manchester United have to travel to Spain to take on Sevilla. Liverpool will be required to travel across the border to Portugal to take on the Portuguese Super Liga runners-up Porto.

Chelsea have arguably the toughest fixture in the knock out phase, as they have to contend with the current La Liga leaders, Barcelona, who, despite losing Neymar in the summer to PSG, have managed to dominate the Spanish league so far.

For the fans wanting to travel to any of the Champions League away fixtures, we have created this infographic, which serves as a travel guide to the averages prices and some sights to see.
