After the mid-week EFL Cup clashes, the Premier League is back with the Gunners hosting the Arsenal Vs Wolves fixture tonight at the Emirates Stadium. Both teams will look for a win after failing to win their respective Carabao Cup fixtures.
Arsenal have suffered three defeats in all competitions but you can forget about the loss to Liverpool in the EFL Cup due to a nerve jangling and exciting performance.
If only they had been as determined in defence, the outcome could have and should have been different. It’s allowed for the Gunners to concentrate on the bigger prize of qualification to the Champions League and all eyes are on what can be achieved against Wolves.

Willy Boly and Matt Doherty are my pick and Arsenal will have to be at their creative best and get their formidable strike force firing for the full three points.
The service has been shoddy so far and I’d love to see Martinelli involved in the Arsenal Vs Wolves fixture. He just plays instinctively and is a genuine threat who could easily add to his current goal tally of seven.

Ozil and Ceballos need to find a way into the side for the Arsenal Vs Wolves game. Both are creative but the Spaniard has an exceptional work rate and won’t mind tracking back where Ozil doesn’t wish to. It’s a fixture that’s on a knife edge, with both sides needing the points for different reasons and Emery has to stop the rot urgently.
Arsenal just haven’t found their stride in this campaign, but need to very quickly because Chelsea and Leicester are rolling results out and the gap will get bigger quite quickly.
The Arsenal Vs Wolves game will be all about defending well, chances will come to both sides but it’s keeping an advantage that’s important. Arsenal haven’t been good at defending an advantage and if Emery fails to include Bellerin and Tierney, he will hand Wolves the advantage because their replacements Kolasinac and Chambers are no where near their equals.
