Midfielder Confirms Agreement To Join Arsenal As Sven Mislintat’s Scouting Continues

Catalin Carjan,Arsedevils
15-year-old Romanian attacking midfielder Catalin Carjan from Viitorul Domnesti has concurred with the terms to join Arsenal when he turns 16 this December.

Unai Emery has already bought 5 players for his first team squad and that’s not all as Arsenal are likewise fortifying their academy with signings of extremely talented players like Catalin Carjan in the recent weeks.

The Gunners have managed to land Joel Lopez from Barcelona. He will be signing a contract when he turns 17 and now the North Londoners have got their hands on Catalin Carjan. These are two great skilled players and have a lot of potentials. In addition, players like Catalin Carjan are just going to improve in the coming years and help Arsenal to build a great squad.

“We will only sign a player if he is a big opportunity”

Emery said in a press conference.

This implies that Arsenal have really thought about it and are approaching the youngsters like Catalin Carjan. The Romanian U16 star might have something special that the Emirates outfit convinced the midfielder to join the likes of Lopez and other youngsters.

The major reason that persuaded the young midfielder to join the Emirates was the special treatment from Arsenal and the first team guarantee in the coming years was the foremost factor that convinced the Romanian international to agree on the terms with the English giants.

“They told me that I was a good player and that they wanted [me] to go to the big team in two years.”

“It’s something else,It’s a big difference I cannot wait to go there to sign and it’s going to be much better.”

he told Romanian outlet Digi Sport.

Catalin Sarmasan, Carjan’s agent who also represented Vlad Dragomir when the Romanian winger completed a transfer to Arsenal back in 2015.

For me personally, this is a great transfer business for Emery’s side, getting such talented youngsters who are just going to bolster the academy squad and bring the best out of them at an completely insignificant cost.

Catalin Carjan will be a great addition to their squad but the youngster will have to showcase his talent from the minute go in order to gain the first-team action. The young player is waiting to grab the opportunity that is going to be offered by the the gaffer as that can be inferred by his comments.

I perceive that signing Carjan is nothing but a future investment for Arsenal. The London club has made a decision based on long-term as the Emirates side has been watching Catalin Carjan for a while now and with Sven Mislintat as the chief scout, Arsenal will surely keep tabs on budding youngsters in the football world.
