Confirmed Deal Done, Major Interest in Everton Player, Player Departure Confirmed and Defender Bid Rejected

Suarez, Arsenal linked to Suarez, Denis Suarez Arsenal

Arsenal has been trying to do some business in January despite keeping their business within the restriction of only loan signings.

The gunners, who are reportedly strapped for cash, are working with a strict financial plan after their move to the Emirates and will have to wait until the summer months before they can begin to take on any permanent additions.

With Denis Suarez talks still in the works, a rival in the Premier League has emerged as the new shock target after having their initial approach turned away.

The chance also exists that Aaron Ramsey could potentially leave the club before the end of January as he closes in on a pre-contract deal with Juventus which the Gunners could speed if they wanted to.

Arsenal and Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing Everton’s Idrissa Gueye, according to reports in Sky Sports.

Gueye has reportedly handed in a transfer request earlier in the window, pleading for a move to PSG however, Everton have denied they have received an official transfer request from the player.

Arsenal has had a loan bid out for Manchester United defender Eric Bailly, but it was recently rejected, according to reports. The new paper claims that the Gunners made an initial approach for the centre-back, hoping to add another lay of defence to their team until they’re able to make more permanent signings during the summer transfer window.

But Manchester United have made it clear that they do not intend to send the player on loan to their main Premier League rival, and the implications could be far-reaching, and may even affect United’s odds, which will be reflected in international and Australian sports betting.

Aaron Ramsey, on the other hand, may be allowed to join Juventus by the end of January if Arsenal is able to close off loan deals for both James Rodriguez and Denis Suarez. It’s been reported that Arsenal are currently working on temporary agreements for the two midfielders, which would give Ramsey the chance to leave in January for a fee of 10 million.

Ramsey is close to finishing off the signing of his pre-contract with Juventus and has already undergone medical testing in Turin.

He is primed to become the club’s second-highest player right now, not far behind star Cristiano Ronaldo. The new contract offer for the Welsh player at Arsenal was removed from the table at the start of the season, and since then he has dropped in ranking under new Gunner boss Unai Emery.

Unai Emery is hoping to have a completed deal for Denis Suarez within the next few weeks. Arsenal has been working on a switch, and have since been helped by Barcelona’s capture of Kevin Prince Boateng. Ernesto Valverde, the boss of the Spanish Champions, has also admitted that it means the first team squad will be granted permission to leave if they wish.

Talking to reporters, Valverde stated that they are happy with the squad, but that there are is also the possibility that departures may happen for those that don’t feature in games all that often. Emery’s confidence has remained intact, and he believes that he will be reunited with the man that he coached five years ago at Sevilla as Suarez has only played a total of 17 minutes in La Liga so far this season and has been mostly involved in the Copa del Rey
