Ten Hag Looks to Secure Qualification to the Knockout Stages | How Man United’s Starting XI Could Look Like Against Sheriff

Manchester United vs Sheriff

Manchester United host Sheriff Tiraspol in their second-leg Europa League tie this Thursday as the Red Devils look to secure qualification for the knockout stages of the competition. Having secured a 0-2 victory in their previous outing, United will be keen on building on their winning momentum, with the team having been unbeaten in their last six outings across all competitions moving into the fixture at Old Trafford.

Likely to make minimal changes to this preferred starting line-up, Erik Ten Hag will be hoping to avoid a poor result on Thursday. With a number of players expected to return to the match-day squad against the Moldovan club, the Dutch manager will be looking to rotate his players whilst being keen on maintaining a high standard of performance on the pitch over the coming weeks.
