This evening there is another new twist to the Kieran Gibbs Transfer saga with reports coming out of England by BBC News stating that Kieran Gibbs is set for a medical with West Brom later on today.
[spacer height=”30px”]
Previously the 27 year old Left back has had a move to Watford called off as the club and the player seemed unable to agree to personal terms.
[spacer height=”30px”]
Now reports coming out of Sky Sports Transfer Central and BBC Sports all confirming that Gibbs is set for a medical at West Bromwich Albion.
[spacer height=”30px”]
A fee of £7m is being reported by Sky Sports for the player who has previously been liked with Watford , Galatasaray and West Brom too.
[spacer height=”30px”]
This was untill Tony Pulis himself ruling his team out of the race for Gibbs saying :
[perfectpullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””] “We won’t be signing Kieran Gibbs,”
[spacer height=”30px”]
“We have to look for players that fit what we want to do and the way we want to play.
[spacer height=”30px”]
“We have three or four other targets we are desperate for. We are juggling with two at the moment and that’s not Gibbs.” [/perfectpullquote]
[spacer height=”30px”]
But now things have definitely changed in his mind with certainly reports from reputed sources all the confirming the same news that Gibbs is set for a medical with John Percy of the Telegraph most recent saying :
[spacer height=”30px”]
West Brom have agreed a £7m fee with Arsenal for Kieran Gibbs. Medical likely to be later today #wba #afc

[spacer height=”20px”]It seems like West Brom are the club that we are doing a number of business’s with, previously reports stating that Arsenal have registered a very late interest in Centre back Jonny Evans have also emerged recently.
[spacer height=”30px”]
For now it agains seems like Gibbs is on the move to another Premier League club instead of playing with the under 23s squad for the rest of the season.
[spacer height=”30px”]
Tony Pulis’s side is currently short of natural left-backs with winger Chris Brunt starting the season there in the last couple of matches.
[spacer height=”30px”]
Lets hope that Arsenals latest interest in Jonny Evan does not complicate the deal for our left back as i would hate to see another move for him break down.
[spacer height=”30px”]
Hes a top class fellow who doesn’t cry or throw tantrum in front of the press like the other fellow Debuchy when hes not named in the team sheet.
[spacer height=”30px”]
Instead he fights it out and has managed to bring the best out of Nacho in the previous years. He is someone i will miss seeing in an Arsenal shirt but for his sake i hope he gets the move he wants .
[spacer height=”30px”]
Lets hope we manage to bring in another new player before the close of the window who actually helps in improving this ever stagnating squad who have made a disgrace of themselves and the club in the last match.
[spacer height=”30px”]
Till the next bit of news that comes our way

Come on you Gooners !!!!!
