According to Spanish reports, Man United are considering making an offer for Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise in the upcoming transfer window. The Red Devils are preparing to bolster their attack ahead of next season and deem the Frenchman the right fit for them.

Michael Olise has attracted the attention of the footballing world with his sensational displays this season. Despite being sidelined for 18 Premier League games due to 2 hamstring injuries, he has been a consistent performer for the Eagles, whenever available.

The 22-year-old accumulated 10 goals and 6 assists in 19 league games in the 2023-24 campaign (stats via Transfermarkt). His skills were on full display during his team’s 4-0 win against the Red Devils earlier this month, with his name appearing on the scoresheet twice.

As reported by The Hard Tackle, Man United have set their eyes on signing Crystal Palace attacker Michael Olise. The report claims the Red Devils are preparing a move this summer and are considering offering Aaron Wan-Bissaka as part of a swap deal.

United attackers have failed miserably this campaign. The team finished in the eighth position in the Premier League with a goal difference of -1. Due to the team’s poor performance, the squad is expected to undergo a major overhaul under new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

The Red Devils are looking to bolster their attacking department ahead of next season and the INEOS chief is focused on bringing in young and talented players to help in the long run. The 22-year-old Palace attacker has been identified as a perfect fit for the club in tune with the long-term goal in mind.

Reports claim that Man United have been tracking Michael Olise for a while now and wanted to sign him last summer but a move didn’t materialise. Nevertheless, the club are all set to make a move for the French winger this summer and are ready to offer Wan-Bissaka as part of the deal.

AWB has been regular starter for the Red Devils since joining club in 2019, but has fallen out-of-favour under Ten Hag due to inconsistent performances. The defender’s contract is due to expire next summer and the club are willing to end his stay at Old Trafford by offering him in the swap deal for the Frenchman.

Moreover, the Englishman graduated from the Crystal Palace academy and made a name for himself as a top-class tackler and defender at Selhurst Park before moving to Old Trafford. The player will have the chance to rejoin his former club and his arrival will certainly boost the Eagles’ defence.

However, the Red Devils are not the only English club who are interested in securing the services of the French youth international. Premier League rivals Arsenal are also monitoring the attacker’s situation while Chelsea made a move last summer and are expected to return for his signature.
