Andreas Pereira was a regular starter for Manchester United during the first half of the season. But, since the arrival of Bruno Fernandes and the likes of Paul Pogba coming back from injury, chances of a start have been hard to come by for the 24-year-old Brazilian.
Since the restart, Andreas has made just two appearances in the Premier League, that too as a substitute and played the second half of the Europa League tie against LASK, where United were already leading 5-0 on aggregate.
Such low game time for a player of his age hampers growth and this has convinced Andreas Pereira to leave Manchester United to get regular first-team football. Esporte Interativo (via Metro) claims the midfielder is now looking for an exit and has told the club likewise.
The Brazilian, during his time as a Red, has made a total of 75 appearances and scored just 4 goals. Nevertheless of his poor performance record, Ole tried to convince the midfielder that there are chances of him making the first team, but he thinks otherwise and believes that his time at Old Trafford has come to an end.

According to reports, Andreas has been linked with Benfica and Valencia and both clubs are monitoring his situation at Old Trafford. Previously, Pereira played at Valencia as a loanee during the 2017-18 season. He impressed the Valencia management, who wanted to sign the midfielder on a permanent deal, but United rejected the move as he was expected to feature for the first team.
Given his situation at Old Trafford, his agent, Kia Joorabchian, is already believed to be seeking a move for him. Although the club have not set a transfer value on Andreas Pereira, he won’t be allowed to leave on cheap. Moreover, it is believed that his transfer money could be used in making other sensible transfers like that of Jadon Sancho from Dortmund.
