Manchester United have reportedly revived their interest in Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham. Manager Erik ten Hag has marked the English youngster as the priority transfer target in the next summer window.
The 19-year-old was linked with a move to Old Trafford in the summer of 2020. Sir Alex Ferguson even gave him a tour of the training grounds at Carrington. However, the English international opted for a move to Borussia Dortmund, and Birmingham City retired the kit number 22 as Bellingham completed his move to the German side.
After joining the Bundesliga side, Bellingham has not looked back and has continued to make progress. The biggest clubs in the world including Real Madrid are now working to get his signature because of the level of football he plays at such a young age.

According to Mirror, Manchester United have placed Jude Bellingham on top of their transfer wishlist after discussions between manager Erik ten Hag and Director of Football John Murtough. The Dutch manager has made the 19-year-old his top priority for next summer.
However, the Dortmund midfielder might cost the Red Devils around £100 million which can be a very difficult barrier to overcome. Moreover, the Manchester club also have to ensure that they qualify for the Champions League next season. He was linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer, but a move never materialised.
Jude Bellingham has been called up to the England squad for the FIFA World Cup 2022 at 19 years of age. He is already one of the captains at Dortmund. The midfielder looks all set to make the big leap in his career by joining a top side that can win silverware. However, he has to make sure that he makes the right choice.

Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Real Madrid are currently the choices available for the youngster. His former teammate Erling Haaland made his choice by joining Manchester City. The Norwegian has not stopped scoring since the moment he joined the Blues. Haaland might make an attempt to influence Bellingham’s decision while switching clubs.
Why Manchester United Should Go All Out To Sign Jude Bellingham?
Jude Bellingham has established himself as one of the most exciting young prospects in world football. At just 19 years of age, he has gathered enough experience to become a regular starter at elite European clubs. The English international made the right choice for his career by ditching Manchester United two seasons ago for more game time at Borussia Dortmund.

Man United’s recent history has been very poor both on and off the pitch. For a young player like Bellingham, it could have been difficult for him to settle into such a tough environment. However, after the arrival of Erik ten Hag, things seem to be falling into place at Old Trafford despite a few humiliating defeats.

The 19-year-old midfielder specializes in moving effortlessly through the midfield and winning individual duels. His technical ability makes him a dangerous option in the final third. He also has an eye for the killer pass when he has got the chance. He does not force attacking plays by launching unnecessary long balls or crosses.
He mostly likes to progress the ball through short passes and occasional long balls, while also sometimes carrying the ball forward himself using his dribbling skills.
It is likely for Ten Hag to play Bellingham in the double pivot alongside Casemiro, with Bruno Fernandes playing ahead of the pivot. The midfield of Casemiro, Bellingham and Fernandes could be the one to beat in the Premier League and potentially even in Europe.
