What a victory it was for the Red Devils in the Tottenham Vs Man United, who are now just 6 points adrift of the UEFA Champions League Qualification spot for next year. Everybody thought it would be tough for Ole’s men to even take a point at Wembley on Sunday night.
However, to the astonishment of both the home and away fans, they managed to win the Tottenham Vs Man United game. All thanks to these 5 players, who now have enabled Man Utd fans again to dream about trophies and success reminding of those golden Sir Alex’s days.
Ole’s now won 6 out of 6 games as the caretaker manager of Manchester United, making him the favourite to get the permanent job at the office.
Five Stars for the Reds in the Tottenham Vs Man United Fixture:
1. David de Gea
De Gea made 11 saves during the game against Spurs, which is the most number of saves made by a goalkeeper in a single Premier League game this season. Spurs’s attack had no way pass the Spaniard who kept on producing save after save after save.

De Gea, surely was the best player on the field that night. If De Gea keeps on providing such spectacular displays, the Red Devils would be unstoppable.
2. Ander Herrera
Ander Herrera was playing some amazing football alongside Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba during the Tottenham Vs Man United game. While Matic sat deep as a CDM and Pogba’s played more like a box to box player, Herrera was the forefront of most of the action this Sunday.
Surely, the way he plays, he can be regarded as the most silent and the most under-rated midfielder in the Premier League. Herrera is one of the players whose not affected by the change in the dressing room following the sack of Jose Mourinho.
Latest On Manchester United:
3. Victor Lindelof
Whenever a team wins 1-0, you know the defenders must have played a hard-fought game and came out on top as the winners. Lindelof, Jones, Young and Shaw had a tough game and on many occasions came out to be second favourites to win the game, but at the end, they did all thanks to De Gea.
Lindelof stopped Harry Kane and Dele Alli from having clear chances at goal and so, was essential for the victory in the Tottenham Vs Man United fixture.
4. Paul Pogba
Pogba, who’s assist proved to be the difference on the night when Spurs were the absolute favourites to clinch the 3 points. But a stellar performance from the United players helped them achieve the opposite.

Pogba is totally a different player under Ole Solskjaer than he was under Mourinho. The Frenchman has completely rejuvenated himself under the Norwegian. His return to top form has helped them win 6 games on the trot now.
5. Jesse Lingard
Jesse Lingard, along with Herrera are the only two players, who haven’t been affected by the change in their dressing room. Lingard, who everybody thought would be playing on the right wing of the attack, played as a False nine.
He had a good game as he held the ball and kept the possession many times. Dropping in midfield to get the ball before involving other players in the Tottenham Vs Man United game proved to be a masterstroke by Solskjaer. Also, his vital interception allowed Pogba to put Rashford through on goal, who didn’t make any mistake with the marvelous effort.
